Time slots are filled, but.....

First of all, thanks to everyone that has shared the pics, video, and blog I posted yesterday! I got over 100 hits on the blog and Youtube Vid within 18 hours, and I didn't do that - YOU DID, so thank you thank you!

All the time slots are filled as of this point, for all the nights, however, there's many months before this show actually happens, and there will more than likely at least one band that: 1) breaks up, 2) loses a member, 3) has a family member die, 4) will have a schedule conflict (insert any number of various reasons here) won't be able to play. That being said, I do want to have a list of reserve bands to prepare for such an occurrence. So if your band didnt get in on the event initially, still send me your info. Here's what to send over:

Email the following things to phxprb@gmail.com -

  • Band name
  • members names (and ages)
  • Links to your tunes (FB, Reverb, YouTube, whatever you got.
  • Use subject "Reserve band" in your email, so I can sort them easier.
  • Contact info (email address, phone number, etc)
I'll be selecting bands from the reserve list chronologically (who replied first). I think that's fair. If it takes me a few days to reply back, don't fret. I'm going to Seattle for 5 days, starting Wednesday June 5th, and I won't be back until Monday June 10th. By choice, I'll have limited access to return emails and such. A guy's gotta have a break from all this insanity! Also, I'm taking suggestions as to where to get bitchin coffee and seafood there so any info you got would be much appreciated.

I'll get all the bands organized into time slots/venues here soon, and post that up too. Also, for the bands participating in the event - please send one of your best tracks (MP3 format please!) to seizuresaladproductions@cox.net by August 1st - We're putting together a little something you can be part of! Many thanks to the fine people of DeathPunx/Seizure Salad productions for this.

Again, thank you everyone for supporting this event. To come up with a zany idea, and actually see it come to fruition (because it has been supported) is really a remarkable feeling. Thank you!
